1st Mercury vortex is a different concept .
2ndly : If mercury is used instead of Petrol, i shall remind you that Mercury is far more poisonous and environment dangerous then petrol, gasoline, diesel and natural gas combined . It can literally kill people when inhaled . (Not just people but all animals too )


3rdly . :You cannot create Aircraft with Wings of birds, Because of weight issues . For making such aircraft with feathers you need to increase size of feather + make it enough strong as well as lighter + flexible and develop a way to push pull to and fro for multiple time in a minute . That's practically impossible because even Greece and Whole west tried that way in the beginning .


4. There is no way to make things fly without using any fuel, Because the very fact that Energy cannot be created .

5. These Aeroplane of ancient time are nothing more then Chariot with birds . So even if you look logically if a bird will make it fly (The chariot won't hang by itself in space ) . It will be impossible to even sit at such plane because (Gravity will make it vertical not horizontal )


6. So thus Ancient civilization knows or get any such tech . My answer is no, Because if they had such tech . Where thus it go ??? . Atleast something should be there . Its like Flying dynasours spiting Fire from their mouths . Nobody saw them, nobody found them and yet it is mentioned every where in the world .

So what is reality, reality is over exaggeration . Our ancestors exaggerate things existed, or maybe make a story to entertain which is pure fiction . Just like assume Marvel and Dc of those times creating such stories which was popular . Soon turned into Religious beliefs .

Would love to hear a discussion on how ancient flying machines operated on a, potentially, completely different set of atmospheric conditions. Ante-Deluvian atmospheric conditions consisting of differences in equator location, magnetism and general atmospheric differences have been discussed by others but I think it is at least a clue to consider when looking at the achievements of the historic civilizations we have yet to fully inherit. From my understanding, Pushpaka Vimana is not any Airborne, it's simply a Sailing Ship. Ancient South Indians and SriLankans used mostly Ships. Most of the descriptions for the Pushpaka Vimana resembles a Ship itself. English Translation of Vimanas might be wrong. Almost all ancient words from Sanskrit changed its meaning when translated to English. Sometimes fly also refers to just jumping too.
