This is if you are in the right and she disrespected you not if you messed up and want to flip it on her. Give yourself time to cool off and get your mind off what happened then try to understand specifically why you’re upset. Do not speak to her or acknowledge her until both of you calm down and you can peacefully articulate why your mad. then say the reason I was ignoring is because of this specific thing you did. It makes me feel disrespected and I refuse to be treated that way. Listen to how she responds to see if you could have done something better and if so apologize, but if she doesn’t apologize, acknowledge your needs, doesn’t understand, or just doesn’t care how you feel then leave till she makes the effort to understand you and compromise. You’ve already done your part in being mature and communicating. A “good” woman will not choose to intentionally disrespect you for no reason if she truly loves you.

I know this.. I have known this for some time, but man its so hard to remember this in the heat of the moment.. some women really know how to get under your skin! They will say some crazy stuff & go for the kill.

When you are an average man with limited options its easier said than done. Keeping it real, you want the box! You want to keep her in your life because you know its not easy to replace her. Not when 80 percent of women are chasing the top tier men.

I made the mistake of allowing disrespect to slide. I made too many allowances and spent way too much time trying to explain logic to an emotional creature.

I realised shiz got out of hand and that I learnt too late into the relationshipthat I should have checked her from the start when her level of interest was at its peak. Despite my feelings and that she was a loyal girl her level of disrespect was unacceptable and I have walked.

Never again will I argue or lose control of my emotions. The goals are set/ I know what needs to be done and My man here is keeping me motivated/ informed and accountable
