The sad part is that I could never win whenever I have arguments with my friend. This person cuts me off every time when it’s my turn on how I feel. When I always listen on how they feel. I ended up stopped being friends with that person because I felt disrespected, and also felt like everything is my fault constantly about what I’m doing wrong with my life. i’ve argued with multiple people, whether it’s on the internet or in person.
one thing you have to understand is to know how to end one. never argue with someone that never admits they’re wrong, it’s like slamming your head into a brick wall and expecting shit to get done

I would recommend partly following this. Sometimes you need that snappy short response filled with emotion. Gets the other person to shut up better. And then do the 1-2 seconds so you have some thought time and respond
