I have had this vac for 2 weeks and all of a sudden just stopped working in the middle of a clean. Still had battery. When it stopped working it said there was no wifi connection. I reinstalled app, reset vac and modem, charged it overnight. The home and power button just keep flashing. Will not turn on at all. Have cleaned the filters, wheels and sensors as well as the charging parts but still nothing. Any ideas. Have also tried a factory reset but nothing. The voice feature is also not working.

Bought this. The stupidest vacuum cleaner I have ever seen. Keeps coming back to the same (already perfectly clean) spots and doesn’t register a lot of other areas that it leaves untouched. You have to move if physically for it to clean them. Incredibly inefficient. Burns through the battery for nothing.

The only way I can explain how this vacuum performs is like if I were to attempt to vacuum someone else’s house whilst drunk and blindfolded. Its vacuums well but it’s frustratingly stupid and always stopping and running into errors and obstacles. It doesn’t have proper mapping just pseudo-mapping within the app and no real memory, it can never make its way back to its dock and then drains all its battery. It can be helpful but more often than not it’s a pain in the arse.

This vacuum cleaner is dumb, blind and bad algoritm. Gets lost and cannot get away from some weird spots. Only way to use it wisely is to remote control it, wich is a pain the ass. never get your finger on the right button blind. Totally would need a game controller mappin ability. Software should be open source or something.
