I'm using Mi Mop 2pro for more than 5 months now and I can clearly say that don't even think of buying if you are considering it for mopping functionality. Does decent jobs when it comes to vacuuming but mopping is really poor. Also if you live in multistorey building then also it will not be a good option. Every time you will have to move charger along with robot. Other cons also includes that you can not add any disinfectent liquid directly, there are some workarounds but not very effective and MI prohibits adding any other liquid than water.

I would only recommend to those who need some help and don't want to completely depend on robot.

I am interested in buying this product but I couldn't get any clear information from Xiaomi website or YT reviewers regarding where Xiaomi position this product with respect to robot vaccum mop-p. Should i go for this or mop-p. My home is around 1000 sqft.

It does not have map management functionality. That means, you can not do spot cleaning or can not create virtual wall. Without that feature you can not instruct it to clean specific area. Very disappointing. I would suggest to go for vaccume mop p instead.

Don't buy the product. Bought it less than 2 years back. Bought with addl warranty from Xiaomi site. They are not able to repair it till date due to shortage of spares. Precisely battery is Unserviceable and they don't have it. Out for repairs since 24 Feb 23. Instead of reapirs, now they are offering 2560 rs and unserviceable equipment for a product that costed me 26, 000 INR. A big No.

Worst experience ever. Never ever go for warranty extension. It is not given by MI directly and has been given to a worst 3rd party vendor: One Assist who are renowned cheaters investing on a target to cheat as many customers possible. I lost my 4000Rs for a warranty extension of my Laptop and now they are asking me to fix my 16 months old laptop myself which has a warranty of 3 years. Horrible and don't got for MI Products.
