Hi there! So glad I found your video. My 2014 Altima is doing the EXACT same thing.
The dealership Says that it isn't giving them any codes but they are thinking it's either the cam or crank sensor.
Should I just replace both?

I'm having a similar or the same issue with my 18 but haven't been able to test it w/odb2 yet. Was that cam sensor a cheap fix and or would you recommend just swapping it out for a new one

Have a 2013 Nissan Altima with long/hard starts. Mech says it is Cam/ or Crank sensor.... but he believes if you replace one or both you need to "reprogram" the car at this true....Thanks Dan

My 2006 Nissan Altima at cold Start it start right away but when engine hot it take a few seconds to start. 4 seconds or so?

Same problem with mine but only after sitting hot for a half hour or more. When cold, starts right up. Just going to replace my 2 cam sensors and see if it fixes it.
