Half Cakes are perfect for Tea / Hot Chocolate / Coffee . The Ingredients to this recipe :
2 1/2 cups all all purpose flour
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 tsp salt
1 tbsp oil
1 tbsp butter / margarine
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1 tsp vanilla essence
1 1/2cups water or whole milk for kneading

Recipe..ingredients.
All purpose flour
Custard powder (optional)
Milk powder(optional)
Margarine
Milk
Sugar
Cardamon
Vanilla essence
Eggs.
Baking powder.
Method...Take your flour mix it with sugar milk powder custard powder and cardamon ..melt your margarine and put it in. Take baking powder and add it in beat your eggs separately and pour it in mix it in for it to blend with the flour add some milk slowly by slowly until you get a thick dough add vanilla essence to your dough with a little bit of oil while mixing it in ..Let rest for 15-30 mins .Roll out your dough cut into different shapes and sizes 🤩....Heat oil in a pan until almost hot deep in your half cakes in a medium but steady heat for the inside to cook and the outside to harden alittle .Remove them at your desired color put them on serviettes to drain excess oil .wait for them to cool and serve with tea.🥰🥰
