I just add a note: locking mechanism working with misfire, thus if you want that isn't happen, just screw a 2 holes in piece of popsicle stick and two holes in corpus, attach a fish line through that holes and the holes in corpus and just tie up two piece of fish line together near end of the corpus and add a fish line ring around the node. Thus, when you pull a fish line, you will pull a trigger from two side at once, it will help avoid a incorrect mechanism work. Just one hole in trigger not enough to pull it down, because a projectile just pull the edge of the trigger forward and it interfere to trigger to pull down.

This is my favorite web shooter you’ve made. I love how it has the extra cartridges and it’s kind of bulky, but not too bulky so it seems a little more realistic. And your accuracy to the proportions, shapes, and colors of the game version is super impressive. Do you think you’d revisit making a retractable version in the future and see if you can improve on your first one? Maybe you could find a way to make it to where you don’t have to manually reload it or make reloading it faster. I’ve tried making one with a tape measure, but I could only think of just attaching a small, heavy weight to the end and throwing it out instead of being able to just point and shoot
