Heads up about the dolphins. They have a weird script that when you leave them alone they stop moving but they need air so if they're underwater they drown and if they're on land they dry out

Hey, great video as usual! Love your builds, hope this world lasts a long time. For the entrances to your underwater domes, I think buttons still work with iron doors underwater. Even if not, you could still use them in the doorway to give you airpockets you can walk through (or pressure plates or open fence gates etc that can't be waterlogged). Might be easier than breaking doors and replacing them every time!
