EXACTLY what I was looking for. Got dropped into a project, told to use Acrobat. No probs til they added a drop down with over 200 buildings listed. I'm a good programmer but always a lousy typist, and 200? This is so straightforward. Let me get it programmed and I;ll comment again.

I have one more query that is from that drop down list how city will automatically dispaly when can we select the city with one or two or three alphabets.

thank YOU - super useful - but how do i include the export data value? mine doesnt show up in the dropdown- they stay as displayvalue, exportvalue in the dropdown. Many thanks in advance for your help!
