Someone probably already explained it, but the 'Letter Rip' scene was about a hot air balloon in the shape of Stans face saying "I HEART KIDS"
Meaning the H and R falling down turned it into "I _EA_T_KIDS", drifting off to later terrify dozens of people

with the giant letter H and letter R, the joke was just "what the H" like what the hell, and then he gets hit with an H. the R is because the air balloon is meant to say "I HEART KIDS" but the H and the R fall so instead it says "I EA T KIDS"

Dipper sounded different in the clips of Stan teaching him about the birds and the bees, because that was from a body-switching episode where Dipper and Mabel accidentally switched bodies, meaning that was actually Mabel

We already knew about these jokes, that one of the reasons my mom didn't like me watching the show. None the less, Gravity Falls is one of the *best* Disney shows ever 👏🏼

Hearing someone describe arguably the most viscerally disturbing series of my entire childhood as innocent is impressively funny to me. I assure you that most of the series has this kind of tone and some are literally just lovecraftian horror. For no reason. Weirdmagedon was really something.
