I do not think any country should invade another country ever, especially if unprovoked. I also feel that if Ukraine asks the USA for help because we are allies then that is what we are suppose to do. I believe the last time a leader went unchecked and invaded neighboring countries, we were in WWII. We cannot allow Putin to continue his invasion of Ukraine!

I would like to know why it was ok for the US to back Hong Kong and Taiwan's independence from China but it is wrong for Putin to back the independence of two territories in Ukraine?? Can someone make that make sense??
I think the problem is Putin actually is backing them with troops instead of lip service and sanctions like America does and it is a clear reflection on how the US really did nothing to aide in Hong Kongs fight to keep their democracy and will do nothing for Taiwan either.
So it was no surprise to me when the propagandist media said Putin who has recognized the independence of 2 territories and is backing them with his own troops to ensure they are not invaded by Ukraine is somehow the one doing away with democracy and the invader LOL. Yet some how America was upholding democracy when we invaded middle eastern countries just to place who we wanted in power. Wow, can we say double standards anyone!
