This is helpful. I shoot a lot of individual athlete photos for sports teams, and to change just the name & subject cut out in 30+ files is just great. Then I can review the PSD files & open only those whose type placement (due to length) to adjust. Top notch always, Julieanne.

Fantastic tutorial! I had already written a script to set my page numbers in a batch process. But this approach will do that and also put my image files to the right position already! That’ll save me hours of work!

Holy cow, looking forward to using this!!!! I do events with 1000+ photos & for people to choose the photos out of a video, this is awesome!! Using "cmd prompt" to convert file names to .txt then to excel then back to .txt.... My head is still in a 1am whirlwind but this is what I needed. I love youtube, thanks for sharing! you really helped me

Don't usually comment - but this has been extremely helpful. I was able to generate hundreds of images to be used for sharing our product pages on social media.

Is there a way to have multiple 'pixel replacement' variables? I've added a layer for each photo in the Photoshop template file, and a column with the same name (e.g. Photo1, Photo2 etc) in the data file (tab delimited text). Where the data row only has one pixel replacement photo, I've tried two methods in the data file - added "" to the empty pixel replacement cells, but I then get a message saying the pixel replacement file cannot be found. When I leave it blank, I get a message saying it cannot parse the file as the row is incomplete (which is the normal error when having empty cells as text replacements)

Any advice greatly appreciated

Dear, I got this error, Could not parse the file contents as a data set. There were too many variable names in the first line of the text file.. how can I fix it?
