Today I will be teaching you guys how to fix the "User Profile Loading Failed" error on Rainbow Six: Siege (PC).

**READ BEFORE YOU ASK FOR HELP**

*”I have a different number of folders in the save games folder”*

- If you have a different number of folders in your save games folder, it does not matter. Do the same thing that I do with my two folders, but with your # of folders.

*”How long until I receive my stuff back?”*

- When I fixed this glitch, I just re-did everything because I was bored. When I contacted Ubisoft support, they said that you will get all your stuff back in a few days.

*”This solution is not working”*

- Many people in the comment section have said they will need to do this method multiple times for it to work. Others say that this glitch will sometimes occur a few days after they fix it. You will just have to do it again.

*Still nothing working?*

-Try contacting Ubisoft Support to see if they can help

Thank you for contacting Ubisoft Support. Please try the workaround below to see if your issue resolves:
- Make sure Uplay is completely exited out, which can include exiting from your system tray if you opted to have Uplay run in the background when pressing the window X
-Go to the save game folder below and delete it after making a backup:
C:\Program Files (x86)\Ubisoft\Ubisoft Game Launcher\savegames\\635 (Uplay)
C:\Program Files (x86)\Ubisoft\Ubisoft Game Launcher\savegames\\1843 (Steam)

-Open Uplay as administrator, then disable the overlay and cloud save
- Launch Siege, modify an operator's loadout, and play a situation, to ensure a good save.
- exit the game, re-enable cloud saves and the overlay and restart Uplay
- When the game starts back up, you will get a message about which save to use. Make sure to select the local save, not the cloud game save. Uplay will then update with the local save.

CONSOLE USERS, First open up settings, go to application saved data management, go to saved data in system storage, go down to delete, and delete the 10 mb Tom Clancy rainbow six siege tab. It’ll won’t delete your stuff don’t worry, BUT just known your skins and settings are all reset and you’ll have to deal with that . But you’ll be able to play again and you can reset app without it continuously saying that it isn’t able to load your profile . Basically all your shit is reset though, even your attachments but ONCE again, EVERYTHING IS THERE .👍🏽
