The lyrics and style of the song reflect the message and tone of the show. The graphic design, inspired by the simple symbolism of the great Saul Bass, tells the story of the show—do you notice what the fish are doing?

Had a lovely vision while listening to this song. I was in the boat, Jesus was on the water. I was a child. He asked me to jump in, I happily do. I thoroughly enjoyed being on the water, and then I started kicking, splashing and sloshing the water with my feet, laughing, and Jesus joined me, laughing too. We were exactly like children ! Then Jesus turned to me with a smile and said "you're fun!". This made me pause. People know me as a serious, down to earth person. None of my friends would describe me as exactly fun. But Jesus saw different. He saw me as fun to be with and enjoyed my company, even when just being silly. Then it dawned on me, Jesus didnt just love me, he actually really, really liked me ! He liked me as a true friend would, not just the generic "God loves everybody in the whole world". I understood something profound in that moment, which I never quite understood previously. It lifted my heart in a way in a way it never did before - I am not just loved, I am really, really liked, truly for who I am.

There's a poster in my math class that reminded me of this

I actually like the symbolism of the fish as it swims towards the opposite direction where the schools of fish are headed for.

That lone fish represents Jesus Christ, and later on, the grouo of green fish represents Christ and his apostles/disciples/followers.

Till this day, a lot of Jesus' teachings go against the worldy perspective of I and ME.

We still have a lot of work to do in God's vineyard. May Christ find us ready when he comes back.

we started watching the chosen series two months back...My wife is 9 months pregnant now .. and everytime our baby hears the title music, we get to see our little one dancing in excitement in her womb... It has been one of our biggest joys...And I am sure our lil one is surely going to be a chosen fan too!!!
