Easy Mediterranean Tomato Salad 💥 #shorts

This fruit salad is so refreshing! I love to make it for the summer!Full recipe:
INGREDIENTS
▢ 2 tomatoes
▢ 3 small cucumbers
▢ 1/2 sweet onion
▢ 1/4 cup of Kalamata olives
▢ 1/4 cup feta cheese

Mint Dressing
▢ 1/8 cup extra virgin olive oil
▢ 1/2 lemon
▢ 1/2 tsp dried mint
▢ 1/2 tsp honey
▢ 1 garlic (pressed)
▢ 1/4 tsp sea salt
▢ 1/4 tsp ground black pepper

DIRECTIONS
1. Use a vegetable chopper to chop your fruits or you can chop them in small pieces using a knife.
2. Add all your ingredients in a bowl.
3. Using a small jar prepare your lemon mint dressing and shake it well.
4. Add your dressing to your salad and enjoy!
