Legend has it that when Seagal started doing Aikido he was totally bald. By the time he was at this level in the video the Universe and being one with it regrew his hair. This also explains how his hair just keeps getting darker and thicker the older he gets.

"Just keep running at me with no defensive posture or strategy, boys, and I'll do the rest! Watch me cook!!"

He's teaching perfect techniques for avoiding a hug.

To make this video even better, open up another tab on your browser, and play the Benny Hill theme at the same time.

You're welcome.

You'd think after 5 clotheslines Seagal's opponent would pick up on

Imagine if one of those guys actually tried to throw a punch instead of blindly running straightforward.

The 'attacks' are more questionable than the compliance that follows.

I love how Steven carries on choking his student after he submits.

Nothing like bit of cooperation to make the Sensei look good. Gotta love the way some are launching themselves into the air before he's even executed a technique

This looks so much like the bullshido videos. Holding two opponents with your small finger - totally believable.

It was an era where: most ads were hokey but took themselves dead-seriously, phones could only travel a couple feet, and anyone after even one class was somehow a master of the mystical arts.
