The most underrated quality... Balance! I had the "aha moment" a few years back that if I could balance better my body was actually more in tune with gravity and felt better. How many of these can you do?

I started calisthenics because I want to feel more in control of my body.

I have my second cancer, which I cannot control that aspect of my body continuously going rogue.
So I started calisthenics so I can control something :)

Stabilizing the knee muscles all around is so important as a person gets older. You’re absolutely right as we get older. We lose muscle mass and balance in sex happening in our 30s sometimes 40s and we won’t even know it until we try to balance. This will prevent falls when you get older.

Whenever I brush my teeth I stand on 1 foot. 2 minutes in the morning of practice and 2 minutes at night.

Stay balanced on each one foot, with your eyes closed for as many seconds you manage !😮
