I’ve been struggling with addiction for 3 years now. I was sober from fentanyl for almost 8 months till i relapsed. i’m now 2 days sober. I say this from the bottom of my heart; i am only still here alive and breathing because of my Lord and Savior. Every time i worship i feel him hold me and telling me that it’ll be okay. Even at the times i would relapse, i would ask for forgiveness while knowing God knew my heart and what i really want out of life. Any sober day is because of the Father. Every breathe i take is God deep within me because he has a plan for me. every single time i’m lost, i am found again.. because he left the 99 to come find me. it’s crazy how much love i have for our Lord.. a love so perfect because he is perfect.
