Totally agree with the colour! The black looks so much more "natural" and like it's always been that way. It goes so well with the windows/doors and because the kitchen is so bright it doesn't look/feel overwhelming!

Haier refrigerators are the absolute best. We've had ours for 5 years and love it. Prior to our Haier we'd had every other brand and one thing or another was always going wrong. Haier is quiet and great quality-no issues! Love your updated kitchen--it's FAB!

The “standard American fridge/freezer” you described your sister having is actually very outdated in America. Most homes have the same set up you have now, either with one door or two for the open fridge section and but usually with a drawer for the freezer at the bottom, no modern homes are built with the split set up, cause as you mentioned it’s not a great design 😂 looks great, Lily! Congrats!

A really good tip for removing fridge odours - leave a potted basil herb plant on one of the shelves!! It leaves such a gorgeous aroma, you won't be disappointed! Updated kitchen looks amazing!! ❤

Lily, beautiful refresh of your kitchen! Cabinet color is quite stunning and the handles have a beautiful textural look and undoubtedly feel nice to the touch. Love the changes Lilly! The first color was really a " Lilly color" and reminds me of your early days on you tube. I remember I started to follow you because you also love blue green colors 😆. But I think black paint and the dark fridge are so beautiful, and suit your kitchen a lot better for some reason. I admire you that you dare to pick black, well done!

We have a really similar fridge and I absolutely love the smaller freezer drawers - so much easier to find everything! Plus so great being able to see everything in the fridge right in front of you. Loved this video Lily - hope you’re enjoying your updated kitchen!
