You forgot to mention that the 'Adsdroid' service you mentioned, costs $749 per month with a minimum of a three month contract. So you are paying them $2, 247 right from the start. And the three month graph they show you actually shows their results being way, way, way lower than your usual strategy and only picking up above what you can expect if you don't use them marginally for the next two months.
If the service helps, then at the price they are charging, it's likely only suitable for people expecting to make hundreds of thousands of dollars as the 21% or so royalty after printing cost that you receive from Amazon will be eaten up by your marketing costs.

I agree with Sean about how it's better to pay a professional for a cover design, but in terms of marketing, it may be better to take the time to learn the skills yourself.

You know… after watching this I think I’m going to outsource interior because I spend so much time on making the book that my ideas keep building up so I think I’m ready to give it a try even if it’s 1 book a month.
