I was trying to catch some bait fish when I accidentally cast into a huge school of Longnose gar and they destroyed my net.

Thanks for taking the time to release them. I can’t recall how many times I’ve found dead gar that got tangled in nets and rigs and people just ditch the whole rig because they don’t want to deal with it. Which in turn gets other things stuck too.
