Qatar needs to work on Customer Service, I had to stay on hold for hours for someone to answer a call, and they do not even offer automatic call back. Poor customer service = I am not flying on Qatar again.

Seems to me there were basically no questions addressed to him from the public it was mainly all about aircraft not the passenger experience. I was particularly disappointed he wasn't pulled up on the reductions of benefits to the loyalty members which he said he cared about!
