Did you download this entire mod with the game ? Or did you install the mods separately ?

Part of the reason the dislikes are high, is because of the thumbnail. I saw the word "Remastered" and what looked like some epic rendering of the game, but the actual footage is too ordinary. I'd start using normal thumbnails that don't oversell the content if I were you.
