I’m wanting to paint (with watercolor) outside this summer, and I’ve been looking at different pencil cases and bags. I’ve actually been thinking about buying this exact one or one that’s a little smaller. This video was very helpful and gave me an idea of what this bag can hold. Thank you!

I love the multicolor pencils too. I have dozens of the 7 colors in one so I can replace them as I use them up, or I will give them to friends who like art stuff.

Hey Alice, first time watching your channel, referred by Youtube. I'm mostly from Louisiana, but spent a memorable summer camping atop one of the CO Rockies a few yrs ago. Great to connect with you here. Re your pack: LOVE the case! It's a fabulous starting point, with its pencil slot pages, front pocket, rear bay, 3/4ths zipper and color purple. Looks like a packing square for luggage, but on a smaller scale. As such, it looks ready to slip in your backpack for a day of urban/rural wandering or a quick evac in case of fire.

(A PNW artist friend's rural home & studio were 97% lost to an epic wildfire a few months ago. When I left my mountain to do laundry the night before returning to LA, a wildfire on a neighboring peak had reached the west side of the highway en route. Just another reason to keep a pack ready, incl art supps.)

As for your travel set of supplies, you really managed to pack a lot into a small space. I especially liked your double-ended travel paintbrush and markers, small metal tins, and little plastic cup of washi tapes and pencil sharpener. That's very clever - and the first I'd heard about the double ended brush. I look forward to your video review on that one. I may have a cup like yours holding coins.

I paused the video when Alice was talking about the fountain pen, and when I hit play it was the part where she said “Hullo... as I was saying...” and it was perfect 😂 loooove all the things you assembled for this kit, it’s perfect! The little tins are my favorite part, probably because they’re so cute. And the mini watercolor paper! 🥰

Alice, wonderful video! I am just a bit surprised that your affiliate links are not complete! You should be making credit hand over fist! I am very curious about the travel brush!!! I have a nephew that is going into the submarine service and they are limited in square footage that they can bring on the boat. He does have an iPad but there are power limitations as well! I also believe that he should not give up on traditional art mediums. I want to gift him a good travel brush, I have not been very happy with the water brushes I have tried, maybe a future video topic? I am glad you are doing well and enjoying your channel again.
