The high incidence of violent crimes, including murder, affects the Black and Latino population almost exclusively (LA Times news article a couple months ago). This action by a WOKE police commission will make matters worse for those neighborhoods as the criminal element no longer is concerned about cops stopping them for minor traffic violations.

Here WEE Go- If you do something wrong such the opposite that the Laws of California told YOU- Self Responsibility, Then you may need to be questioned by the Police. Simple, American and Correct by the California Penal Code which isn't as picky as LAPD Department Policy. Each Department has by Trade Name Policy, can not sharply contradict the California State Law. I appreciate a Police Officer Following up speaking Directly to Me. Basically "probable cause" is needed to do a traffic stop. Nothing new lol most departments have this policy.

That is just wrong. Pretext stops are still allowed. Officers just have to articulate their suspicions when doing them.
You guys get paid to research stuff and present it to the public, wha can't you do your job properly?

Lapd should adopt new policy that officer should put handcuffs in front only for pregnant suspect and suspect with physical limitations if I was an lapd officer I would respect the suspect with pregnant and physical limitations that can not get their hands behind the back and I would handcuff with thier hands in the front

I get it, police are too aggressive sometimes, however I don't see this helping the community. You need standards beyond one rule. Police will always barely get it right when left to there own opinions.
