8:00-8:30 AM
Welcome and address Prior Questions (30 mins)
- How district staffing is determined.
- What a GPO is and how it is structured.

8:30-9:00 AM
CDP Hiring (1 hour)
- Topics include recruitment, testing, background investigations and processing and selections

9:00-10:00 AM
CDP Training (1 hour)
- Topics include overview of OPOTA, CDP Academy and training, Field Training, annual CPT requirements and process

10:00 - 11:00 AM
CPOP (1 hour)
- Topics to include policy and training, DPCs, implementation and tracking of CPOP

11:00-12:00 PM
Lunch (60 mins)
- Lunch is on your own this session

12:00 - 1:00 PM
CIT (1 hour)
- Topics include overview of current policy and training, history and current practices of MHRAC, co-responder program, and other related services

1:00-2:00 PM
Data Collection and Record Keeping (1 hour)
- Topics to include LERMS, Brazos, IAPro, body cams, and requirements of consent decree

2:00-3:30 PM
Use of Force General (1 hour 30 mins)
-Topics to include overview of training since consent decree, introduction and review of related GPOs for UOF.

3:30-4:00 PM
