Every third villain uses power inhibition collars and a few mutants can negate powers, and forge created a mutant neutralizer that removes their powers. None of that was an option? I know Forge Probably swore to never make one again, but this might be an exception, and then wolverine could just destroy the thing after zapping this guy.

To everyone asking why not just give him the Mutant Dampening Collar, you seriously think he'd WANT to keep living after this? He just found out he killed his parents, girlfriend and everyone he ever knew simply from existing and even with the collar there will always be the risk he'll kill someone if the collar is damaged.

This kid wouldn't want to keep living after finding that out.
