My day two queer lit recommendation is: The Long Way to a Small, Angry Planet by Becky Chambers! This sci-fi book is the beginning of the Wayfarers series, each set within the same world, but following different characters or groups. Book one follows the motley crew of the Wayfarer when they are tasked with a job to go further into deep space than any other wormhole-punching ship has before. Some of the crew are new, some have worked together a long time. We follow their long journey into space, all the highs and lows of the ship and her crew as they bond and pick up work along their way. I can't recommend this one enough!

Hey! I’ve been following you for years and read this book when I heard you recommend it back in 2019. It made me fall in love with Becky chambers and opened up a whole new world of reading for me. In general, watching your videos back then helped reignite a fervour for reading for me and brought me so many queer books that I have loved. Thank you!!
