Excel - How to calculate Loan/Mortgage Payments & Interests

Simple tutorial how to create your own loan or mortgage calculation.
In first part of video I calculated total monthly payment using PMT() function as well as total interests that will be paid.
In second part I show how to calculate details of each monthly payment.

Thanks, there were other videos that showed how to create the loan amounts, but your video showed how to then show the breakdown of the monthly payment schedule. I especially liked how you had the layout prepared ahead, but waited and added the actual formulas until during the video. Super helpful - thank you!
