Live course QX01 Chapter 4 : Multiple Qubits and Entanglement

"QX01: Introduction to quantum information and its associated technologies" is a series of lectures targeted to engineering and science students to understand the newly emerging quantum technologies. It aims to be followed by any 2nd or 3rd year student with a minimum background in physics, mathematics and computer science.
In Chapter 4, we introduce the notion of multiple qubits and entanglement. We start with the definition of a multiple qubit and the notion of tensor product. We then describe the Hilbert space & parallelism coming form multiple qubits. We describe the notion of qubit entanglement and see how we can handle 2, 3 and 4 qubit states in practice. We finish by a general description of the physical meaning of the wavefunction \uD835\uDF13.
