This video couldn't have come at a better time. My grandmother, Sharon passed away in late July and I was going to buy a variety of the Rose of Sharron to plant in her memory! ❤

It’s going to be a tall beauty. Lov that it’s a double bloomer. The Blue Chiffon is a beauty too.

White Rose of Sharon! Vertical upright growth habit will be awesome...so it will be easier if you want to train it into a standard! I would like one of these. Should look awesome in any space. 🤩🌱🌸🇨🇦

The Rose of Sharon is faithful to bloom all summer! An amazing plant. Mine is about 6 feet tall.

Rose of Sharon is my absolute favorite, especially the “double” bloom. I highly recommend it as long as you have the space for it and keep it trimmed each year!

I agree with nearly everything Laura said about this plant except for it serving as a good screen.
It's deciduous and is the last among most plants to break dormancy so you'd only have that screen for several weeks out of the year but I bet it would look outstanding flanking medium-sized crape myrtles.
Laura should try to see if a crape myrtle would survive in her garden with her recent upgrade. The ones by me are still in bloom and started in mid-July! Eight weeks of blooms!

Got a little glimpse of your baby bump yeah. Looking forward to finding out what the new baby is going to be. Love that rose of Sharon. Perfect place for it. Thanks for all your wonderful videos. Enjoy your day. 💕💕💕💕

I would really love to see a pruning video on a rose of sharon. I have one but it grows fairly wild and I dont know how to properly prune them, or when.

Our Rose of Sharon has 3 colors of flowers. It has seeded itself into a hedge. 40 years and still going strong in Ohio.

Cheddar/Russell photo bomb! Love it! You are starting to show, so nice to see. Take it slow, if that word is in your vocabulary.

I just planted one of these in my garden last night. When I saw it at the nursery I couldn't resist.

Coffee with Laura, Aaron, and a lovely plant once again!! Another good choice to add to my list of items to see if it will work on our playground as we do have some areas that need a bit of privacy from the parking lot.

I have about 6/7 of the purple Rose of Sharon in my gardens and I love them. And they grow so fast!

Hey Aaron love the "thumbs up" you gave yourself! I thought you deserved one for missing the drip tubing too.

I always love these videos that focus on one or a few specimens. Easy to find later and informative to watch.
