Ive had my data leaked to a third party now 3 times, no solicitor wants to help me, can I go independently to ICO and file my complaints?
The data was also used against me with another's medical data which was placed on my data, the housing body refuses to deal with my concerns and even their data officer did not respond to my evidence.
Can ICO help me and the other of which we both have evidence of shared data and emails admitting to their errors, now im understanding that a recent data share with a utilluty company without my permission.
Its a subject companies do not want to address or be accountable for sloppy dealings and lack of knowledge. Thank you for this information ..
