Brandon Cook, New Horizon Family Health Services
Brandon Cook is the Program Director for the Health Care for the Homeless (HCH) Program at New Horizon Family Health Services, Inc. (NHFHS), a Community Health Center (CHC) with Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) status based in Greenville, SC. HCH works to remove barriers and provide individuals and families experiencing homelessness with access to quality, patient centered healthcare across the Upstate. Brandon has been with NHFHS since 2005 and has managed the HCH program since 2010. He is a graduate of the University of South Carolina’s School of Music with a focus on classical guitar and has been active in music since the age of seven and also has a Master’s in Business and Health Administration from Western Governors University.
