U can wash aloe era and remove.thw yellow sticky substance by Dipping it in water in vertical tumbler or jar.keep the aloe era in vertical position so that the yellowish substance comes out in Warter.This way if u do it the bitterness u will not find in jelly at all.I eat like this and it tastes like cucumber after removing the yellow sticky substance. Pls don't get discouraged of any comments .This is only suggestion .Thk u dear
