How to Invest £20,000 in UK property | Here's how I'd do it
The realities of spending £20,000 in UK property is a lot more straight forward than some think. It can be a lot more creative if you want to do more than a RENT 2 RENT, straight forward Buy-To-Let and sit on it for long term growth OR SERVICED ACCOMMODATION. Whilst But-To-Let is definitely the best method to investing for the long term, in this video I look at the reasons why I would spend £20,000 the way I would coupled with reasons why I would not spend it utilising other popular strategies.
I love property because if you willing to think out the box, you can spend more than the £20,000 you have and therefore open you up to other options.
