I have never in my life heard of another Cheese or even any Product in general which was Moldy a few days after having bought it. I don't know if Mold in US Stores is a common occurance but over here in Germany, everyone at a company would freak out and instantly apologise when so many People are finding Moldy Cheese in their Product.
He has cleared his name with that Interview just a little but this response is the absolute Worst Response he could have given. Not even Apologising and even having the Audacity to defend yourself when your Products obviously have a mold Problem is an absolute disgrace. I hope Youtubers will criticising him for this!
