I don't think I've ever been sold on a channel in only 1/3 of one video until now. The peppered in humor is fantastic.

Almost 40 now. My best friend and I have never stopped playing snes almost every weekend for about 30 years now... still having a lot of fun!

Growing up during the console wars, I was a Super Nintendo guy. A ridiculous amount of memories with the SNES, so many amazing games. Whenever a snowstorm hits and we’re stuck in the house, me and my daughter play Link to the Past, Super Castlevania IV and Super Mario World all day.

I am convinced retro bird is some kind of weird alien that came to earth during the 80s and his master plan is to get people to play old games and eat bananas.

Not only does the snes have a crazy great library, so many more of the games (compared to NES) allowed you save your progress and pick it up later. For games like Super Metroid and Zelda - A Link to the Past, that's HUGE.

Your passion for Goof Troop is infectious; after having written it off for years but now seeing it represented in several of your videos, I decided to track down a complete copy earlier this year. When it arrived, my sister came over and we played it through start to finish and had a blast!

I really love your sense of humour and how you insert all these skits in-between your info, really elevates the entire video :D

Snes is my fave console. My gma taught me how to read playing Mario RPG and Chrono Trigger. She passed away when I was 9 from cancer. It's a big part of how I preserve her memory playing my snes and collecting for it.

This channel is highly underrated. Comedy mixed with nostalgia. Yes sir! This is the channel for me. Zelda ALTTP and Mario RPG are 2 games that never get old

Chrono Trigger. My personal favorite 16-bit RPG. Some would say it's rather... Timeless...

You briefly mentioned it, but Super Metroid is ultimately my favorite game on SNES. So I'd highlight that one. Its influence also cannot be disputed.

Honestly, the SNES is still one of my favorites. It has aged beautifully. It was like the perfect evolution from the original NES. It took the groundwork from the original NES and just made it even better!

Unfortunately, I didn't get an SNES until later in my childhood, but a friend of mine let me play his and the SNES constantly had me in awe at all the amazing games in its library.

One of my absolute favorites is the puzzle game *Tetris Attack* I still remember renting the game on a whim as a pre-teen and playing it non-stop. It is one of those games that is easy to learn, but hard to master. Although, there are still dozens more SNES games that I still revisit to this day!

Super Punch-Out is a Super Nintendo game that I come back to very often to have a few minutes of fun barreling through a handful of opponents.

Super Metroid is pretty good! Also started on Donkey Kong Country recently, enjoying it so far!

As much as I love the 2D sprite based games, I feel the original Star Fox is worth mentioning. It's still my favorite in the series. The gameplay is excellent and I honestly like the blocky polygon graphics. They give the game a unique look that adds to the charm in my opinion. And the music and sound effects are outstanding. It's short length makes it an easy choice to replay every now and then, and the 3 different paths add a lot of challenge and replay value as well. I still have yet to beat the hardest one after all these years.
