My Top 10 Sims 4 Expansion Packs Ranked in Under 10 Minutes

I did my own top 10 Sims 4 Expansion Packs but I gave myself under 10 minutes to do so. This is my opinion on what are the best expansion packs, based on if you're a builder or gameplayer. Now that we are in 2021 and the packs are always going on sale, I figured I would help the next person purchase their next EP.

Let me know if I helped you in any way. I know some people will NOT like how I ranked Cats & Dogs and Get to Work but again, this is my opinion based on how I play.

i’m abt to purchase my first expansion pack! I’m deciding between city living, eco lifestyle, and get together so which one do y’all recommend?

I think it's so ridiculous that we have to pay for seasons! STILL! It's literally apart of our everyday lives and without it the game becomes so much more repetitive and boring. Snowy Escape has more options worth paying for but the fact that we may be getting another game soon and will more than likely have to pay extra money for the four seasons and varied weather is insulting

10-Get Famous(3/10)

Get famous is a pack i definitely don't use, i dont have my sims getting famous or even go to the world neither.

9-Get Together(4/10)
Windenburg?Gorgeous but the rest hM okay i dont need that.

8-Eco Lifestyle(6/10

I like this expansion pack but for me i think its kinda annoying how the city gets dirty lmao but i like the apartments.

7-Get to work(7/10)

I love going with my sims to work but after sometimes it gets boring you know?

6-Snowy Scape(8/10)

I LOVE THE WORLD its so pretty and the culture? BEAUTIFUL but i just dont see myself skiing lmao.

5-Island Living(9/10)

The world is so pretty and the gameplay is lowkey fun and its just my favorite vacation world.

4-University(10/10)

Its so challenging and so and i love that everytime my sims go to young adult i always go to the university with them definitely a 10/10 but i just love more the backs above

3-City Living(11/10)

I LOVE THE WORLD, Its so like realistic the apartments are so fun to live in and we have so much basic life things to do in it, you know?

2-Cats&Dogs(11/10)

I love pets i always have them lmao its just so fun to have a pet that has a mind of his own and we can't control it feels more alive.



There is like no way thats not No.1 the callendar, seasons, rains, CHRISTMAS?we have easter, Halloween, Valentine days omg its so funnn HAPPY NEW YEAR it feels real.

I like cats and dogs a lot but it was kind of let down when it first came out. I had played sims 2 and sims 3 and my expectations for pets were so high, it broke my heart ://

I use the whole club system thing for family gatherings. I have big families in the Sims so this really really helps to get everyone together ( he he)

I don’t think I’ve ever agreed with a ranking video! But I totally agree with you! I love cats and dogs, but it was my first expansion back and I slowly got bored of it 😅city living and get together will always be my favs, but like you I’d definitely rank get to work higher than last place. I totally agree with your rankings for gamplay. The only reason I like some of the packs lower on your list is for building in the gorgeous worlds. But, for gameplay- that is spot on.

My builder's heart hates this ranking but gameplay wise, I agree with all this 100%. i think the university pack gets more hate than it deserves; it may not have met expectations, but it is a really good pack. Same with get famous.

Get together, vampire and realm of magic for adding new types of Sims and I like to make cults 😂
