My next door neighbour (who is a wee old lady) was mauled by a pack of three dogs at a local dog walking spot. She had 45 stitches in her legs and was black and blue from her hips to her ankles (I know, she showed me). The hospital told her she was lucky to be alive. It was on the front page of the local paper. Of course, the police told her they couldn't do anything about it. Maybe if she had said a harsh things on twitter about the dogs she might have got a better response?

Reporting on part of a story isn't very informative most people would want to know what breed of dog was

My friend was also mauled to death by his own dog in 2017. His name was Mario. The dog ingested drugs . The BBC crew were there making a documentary at his home when the attack happened. The crew ran into the kitchen and barricaded it abd were stuck for 45 min until armed units arrived n shot the dog

Wouldn't have happened if there was a real punishment for serious crime in the UK.
People shouldn't be having dogs that were specifically bred for Dog-Fighting and Killing humans. At the very least... they should have a licence and be forced to attend training and examination to have the knowledge and training to look after such dogs so that more children (or adults in this case) don't die from dogs.
