Why don’t security companies don’t offer more initiatives to their officers like giving them rewards, certifications for employee of the month recognition, more trained supervisors that actually understand that we all work two sometimes three jobs so if you see them sleeping offer a hot 30min break for recon, instead we got supervisors doing tik tok videos
