I had my wedding a few months ago and I was always the type of person that never wanted a wedding party. I only did it because my in-laws wanted one and offered to pay for it, and it ended up being an experience I'm glad to have! Congrats guys! 😊

Girl go for the fireworks! Pro-Tip - my friend got married at the local castle during the village's summer fest (it was some place near Marburg). The fireworks came for free as part of the fest. We all went out and watched. It was magical.

We an international destination wedding, we did a traditional in Ghana and the legal here in the great white north. And Ghanaian culture means that people showed up to the venue in busses that were not invited, we were swarmed with family all day. It was the best day of my life so far. It was expensive but we come from two different cultures and as far as we know you only get one life and it was worth it to celebrate our love with all of them especially the elders and receive their blessings. It is so worth it ❤ good luck to you both
