The question 11 segment is one of the best things I’ve ever watched, the uniqueness of the old sprites, the Xenoblade music playing, the buildup, the TOS downfall, perfect, simply perfect

#11 rolled around and I just cackled; After all, it’s impossible to forget one’s first-ever Pokémon when it sparkled so beautifully.
…and also that sprite had one too many colors for the palette limitation of the Generation.
I only just discovered this series, and it’s great fun already. As someone who has Shiny Hunted in Gen II since my childhood, it definitely made me flex my brain since I had to think about Shinies that had changed since then. Speaking of, I have a Shiny Lanturn on my team in my Silver cartridge!

For the record the reason remoraid evolves into octillery is because its based on a gun and octillery is based on a canon. Its more obvious in their beta designs but they had to tone down the military themes for the final release

I really like seeing the sprites in these. I think a lot of the time the 3d renders feel off, especially for older pokemon. Especially for these generation specific quiz's, it might be cool to see more of the generations sprites instead!

I knew the question with the gen2 sprites right away because of the game boy limitations. Each gen2 sprite has black, white, and 2 other colors. The fake cyndaquil you made had 2 extra colors so I could tell it wasn’t from the game. I really enjoyed that you did one with the sprites though really cool to see.

First time I’ve missed 2 questions in one of these, the flaafy one was disheartening probably shouldn’t have missed it considering I have that entire line, and the sprite question was super cool had no idea that cyndaquil changed colors like that. I think the old shiny looks wayyy better than the newer one now that I know it exists. Amazing video as always man keep it up

I did these quizzes backwards and this is the first one I beat both of them! I have never caught a shiny Pokémon, or seen one!
