Crazy I'm going threw the samething with the exact model. We all been scammed and should sue the company and the franchise. How can we watch our kids with faulty equipment. Anyone reading this should know from here on "NEVER BUY THIS MODEL" Shame on this company for stealing our money.

I have the same problem!! and mine is a brand new one!! also the lights in the camera does not turn on. I dont know what else to do. Also I try to contact the brand but they just dont answer!!!

I have the same problem with my baby monitor! Please help us hubble! What’s the solution? I could only use it for 1 month and then stopped working.

That video did not solve anything. I shut everything off. Plugged in the camera. One time the light was red. Every other time it was green and would not pair. When red it paired with monitor. I saw a picture and the it went off. I tried 9 million more times m, every scenario about waiting 2 min, switching cords, start the camera, then the monitor, the dam camera never talked like the my said and now I want to throw the unit out the window! Admit it Hubble THEY ARE FAULTY UNITS. ITS GOING BACK!
