How to find Theta so cos(Theta) = 1/2 ?

Step 1. Figure out which quadrants cosine is POSITIVE in (CAST Rule)
Step 2. Draw terminal arms in those quadrants and label sides
Step 3. Figure out the "related acute angle" each terminal arm makes with the x-axis
Step 4. Figure out what angles (theta) lead to those terminal arms
