Please, don't tamp anymore putting pressure on the spouts of LM portafilter, they are fragile. Please use the side of the table, that's why all LM portafilters have that flat zone on the bottom.

I love my BigStep. A bit overkill for home use, but boy it feels and looks nice. It works fine with my ridged (wrong order shipped from elsewhere) 20g VST. Just have some grounds get stuck in the ridge every now and then.

P.S. No offense to the other guy, but I was just worried you'd left Prima.

Please tell your engineer/editor to remove the "uh"s and "um"s in the future or hire me.
It would've been super easy to make this sound less distracting, more succinct since almost all of them are off camera.
Nice overview though. Looking to buy one of these tampers.
