Finding Fidi follows the story of first generation American Fidi Naj as he sets out to climb his first V10 in Morrison, Colorado. It's more than just a project. It's a path to understanding his identity as he reflects upon his heritage, his mental health and his pursuit of happiness.
Director Mara Whitehead says, "I deeply admire Fidi's climbing ethic - his diligence and perseverance, but also his zeal and sheer love for the wall and the community it creates. I think his story resonates on a universal level. When we come together to climb, we are all just human. Social categories and descriptors fall away and it creates space for genuine connection with the Earth, with ourselves and with others."
