I have a little brother who was diagnosed with autism at 4 and didn't start talking until he was 5, and when he did talk his stutter was so bad it would take him almost a full minute to get one sentence out. My little brother is 7 now and is the sweetest, cutest, smartest and most talkative little boy I have ever met, he still struggles a little and his stutter is still there, but we love him and are as patient as he needs because we always want to hear what the little man has to say. He has friends and is even excelling in school. I would walk through fire for my little brother and I can't wait until he is old enough to understand that his big sister is and always will be by his side forever and always.

i have a little brother, he's very open with his feelings and he always tells me that he loves me. He's the reason I'm still here today and even found an old suicide note in my journal and wrote a response to it. He came crying to me afterward saying if I left he would be very sad and he would miss me forever. I started crying and then we both spent like 20 minutes crying with each other.
