The Back-To-School season is here! And the notebook has to be on your supplies list. I challenge you to use this technique to make your notebooks. There are so many patterns you can make. This video show you how to make two patterns. Click for more info below ↓

Tip: keep an eraser underneath the place you want to insert the push pin, that'll make piercing through the paper much easier =)

I do not understand why people call this Japanese style book biding. This book binding skills came from China. Koreans and other Asian countries are doing same book binding.

Wonderfully produced video of a very simple, beautiful, and elegant technique. If you would like to create a more tightly bound volume, you can replace the binder clips with two 2 inch spring clamps (Generally about a dollar each at a home depot or lowes) and two wooden rulers. They will hold the pages together very firmly and allow for tighter stitching over all.
