Glad to hear the Mazraoui prop. He is a ridiculously silky footballer, better than a lot of attackers with his dribbling and quick passing.

The technicality that Mazzraoui is bringing to the team is amazing. Kudos who recruited him because he never looked like a Manchester United / ETH signing. He is constantly making us tick, gain possession, crucial interceptions and that is brilliant. I just love this guy.

The biggest take away for me is the wingers for United
Rashford and garnacho do not track back but the biggest headache is it feels everytime they attack it’s an obvious cut in and shoot situation
Amad isn’t that winger, he’s happy to track back and help defend but the main take away is he just keeps driving forward and that makes a huge difference for teams, the pen and the winning goal isn’t only from his talent but from his pure drive to just keep going
The best players have amnesia
Doesn’t matter how often they get tackled or things don’t work out they just keep going and that’s exactly what he did
He’s a tremendous player and also a huge shoutout to ugarte and mainoo in that midfield
Absolute underrated at times during this game but kept the ball ticking over, very happy chap over this win, also great vid James :)

I found the commentary very weird today, United were the better team in general. They looked organised out of possession, their build up was generally good and really the only thing they were missing for 85 minutes was a bit of quality in the final third. City only ever really looked threatening off set-pieces.

It's the first time I've watched a full United game since Amorim has been in charge, and it's clear that they went out there with a plan today. That couldn't usually be said under Ten Haag.

No-one had the downfall of Pep this season on their bingo card 😂 at least it's something to distract from the 115 charges😅

That little glance from Amad before he just allows Nunes to come crashing into him.... priceless. It was like Amad was standing there thinking, "It can't be THIS easy... can it?"
If that didn't earn him enough for an "Assist" for Bruno's penalty then the stats system is broken!

The game wasn't boring, we for once had control of the ball in a game against city! We cant keep doing hollywood long ball passes and losing the ball like in the past.

Stay humble is a curse now. It's official.

14:34 The beautiful description of what the defender should do to the next slide of ‘he decided to clatter him’ cracked me up

Lol the best camera take was the one from behind the goal when Nunes fouled Amad. You could see from the side Pep covering his face the moment Nunes made the tackle, he knew it was gonna be a penalty before it was given😂

We even had our teamsheet leaked the day before and still beat them despite the fact we should have had another pen and Walker should have been sent off.

I was sat next to my mates in the pub, and i shit you not the moment Nunes gave that penalty away, I said to one of them "United are going to win this, City are about to collapse here" we've already seen it in the last few weeks, something goes wrong then their heads go, Rodri papered over so many cracks in that side, a few examples Kyle Walker's finished, Ilkay Gundogan can't run anymore, Kevin De Bruyne isn't the KDB of 2/3years ago anymore, and there's others I could name, add to that the confidence we're used to seeing simply isn't there

Amad couldn't make that run earlier because Hojlund was clogging up the central zones not making any useful runs and wrestling defenders. Didn't even make decoy runs. Zirkzee dropped a little deeper and opened space with his runs. It was obvious for 75 minutes, Amad was forced so wide because of him and it happens every game they play together.

I'VE BEEN SCREAMING THIS TO MY FRIENDS FOR OVER A SEASON NOW.

City defend with basically 1 defender in rest defense, it's almost insulting and annoys me so much. Teams should take more advantage of it.

Amazing video! One thing is it's easy to say that Pep got it wrong. He's trying to sort the midfield conundrum by playing Gvardiol there, because Bernardo/Gundo midfield is too slight and gets overrun physically.

How team that won everything like 1 year ago become like this man💀

Mazroui is mint. That’s the type of players we need. That’s why I’d sell Dalot. He’s not horrible but he’s just not suited for the wing back role in my opinion. If we had another mazroui on the other side it would be amazing.
